Photographer Booking Policy

Know how you’re paying.

IMG brings traveling models to Richmond, and there are three ways to book them. Each one is paid differently, so check the event title before you check out.

Studio online · Model in person

1:1 Studio Session

You pay the $55/hr studio fee here. You pay the model her hourly rate directly, in person, at the time of your shoot. Your online payment covers the studio only.

  • $55/hr studio fee, paid online
  • Model’s rate, paid to her at the shoot
  • Model can’t make it? Your fee becomes a refund
Paid in full online

Group Shoot

One fee covers it all: your spot, the studio and the model. Nothing to pay at the door.

  • Studio, model and shooting time included
  • Nothing to pay at the shoot
  • Model can’t make it? Credit or refund
Paid in full online

Guaranteed Window Session

When a model is booked for a guaranteed 5-hour window, 1:1 sessions in that window are paid in full here, model’s rate included.

  • Studio and model’s rate, paid online
  • Do not pay the model at the shoot
  • Model can’t make it? Refund or rebook
Why?

Clear terms. Clear payments.

Most traveling models book with us for a day or a weekend. On a standard 1:1, you work out the model’s pay with her directly. 360ism provides the space, the setup and the connection.

When we guarantee a model’s time, we carry that commitment, so those sessions run through us.

Paying Online

Book now, pay over time.

All online payments accept card, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm.

Bookings are non-refundable if you cancel or don’t show.

This is not about making booking harder. It’s about keeping it clear.
